Easy Online Ordering
We have made the online ordering process simple and easy! Online proofing takes the guess work out of what your order will look like once it is received. Just type in your card personalization and our system will automatically preview what your text will look like on the card in the font and lettering style of your choice. Online proofing is only available on greeting cards and invitations, other products such as napkins, logo cards, photo cards, etc. may require a proof directly from the factory (optional) for an additional charge. All custom invitation orders will be proofed directly to the customer via email for approval before the order is sent to print.
Shipping Times
Standard online orders will ship from our factory within 2 - 3 business days. We make every effort to ensure your order will ship within this timeframe, however delays can occur during peak holiday season. If your order is time sensitive, please contact our customer service representatives with your delivery needs and we can provide a precise timeline for your order. Custom orders, such as custom invitations, logo cards, photo cards or signature personalization may require extra production time. Please contact one of our representatives to discuss your needs. During the ordering process you can specify ground shipping, 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery.
Samples
If you would like to request a sample of the product(s) you are interested in, please contact customer service. Ordering a sample prior to placing your order will guarantee the graphics, colors and paper stock will meet your needs. Samples cannot be personalized and will arrive blank.
Return Policy
In the event that there is a defect with your order, please contact a customer service representative immediately. Uniquely You Invitations will replace the item if the error has happened as a result of production or printing after the order was submitted. We cannot be held responsible for misspellings or incorrect information during the ordering process. Once the online proof is viewed and the order is submitted by the customer, it is assumed that all of the information is correct and immediately proceeds into production. If you notice an error after your order has been submitted, contact us immediately to ensure the correction can be made before it is processed for print. There is no guarantee a correction can be made to the order after it has been submitted due to our fast turn-around times. |
